Entry is through the Colston Street entrance. Registration will be taking place from 8:30am at the entrance on the Lower Ground Floor. There will be a registration desk open all day.
Getting to the venue
Bus
- The city centre bus stop is 250m from Bristol Beacon and most bus services stop here, including the number 8 which stops here from Temple Meads station. The walk up to the Beacon is step free but on a gentle incline.
- Bristol Bus and Coach Station is 800m from Bristol Beacon and is where National Express coaches stop. The Megabus and Flix Bus stops are nearby on Bond Street.
Train
- The closest train station is Temple Meads. Bristol Beacon is a 22 minute walk, 10 minute taxi journey or 17 minute ferry ride.

Ferry
- Ferries can be caught from Temple Quay to Bristol City Center. The ferry timetable can be viewed here. Please note ferries are not wheelchair accessible.

By car
Accessible parking
- Trenchard Street car park is 200m from Bristol Beacon has level access via a lift within the multi-storey car park, exit on Level 2. There are 8 accessible parking spaces available in Trenchard Street Car Park (Level 8) directly behind Bristol Beacon. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll still need to pay for the duration of your stay in the car park at one of the pay machines. - Drop off locations can be found on Pipe Lane and Colston Street. There are drop curbs in both of these laybys. There is no parking allowed in these spaces.

Multi-faith facilities
- There is a quiet room within the Beacon situated on the 1st floor which can be used for worship.
Venue information:
- There is step free access to all spaces in the Beacon.
- There are 4 lifts across the venue, each large enough for a wheelchair.
- The venue has accessible toilet facilities on all floors.
- The Beacon Hall Main Stage has an accessible viewing area. This is a raised platform across the width of the auditorium on row S. There are also wheelchair spaces on both the upper and lower tier on row Z (level 2 and level 3).
- Wheelchair spaces are available in the Lantern Hall, Cellars / Weston Stage and Colonnades Community Stage.
- All assistance dogs are welcome across all of the venue
- A quiet room is available at all times. This can be used as a multifaith space on a first come, first served basis.
- All venue and Wild Summit staff are trained to help with any queries about accessibility
- We encourage delegates to use any accessibility tools that work for them. For instance, transcription through mobile apps, assistive listening apps, or taking photos of presentations.
