A Rocha UK is Britain's only Christian conservation charity. They focus on delivering practical local community-based action through churches, which form one of Britain's biggest land-owners. They perform this through demonstrating best practice at their own wildlife sites; through partnerships with other church-based NGO's and through Ecochurch, which is A Rocha UK's award scheme presented to churches that are focused on greening their church and grounds. A Rocha have a growing volunteer network which help to deliver a wide range of activities. A Rocha UK also engages with advocacy at national, regional and local levels, writing and speaking regularly at national conferences and events.
