The Grasslands Trust is the UK's only national charity that concentrates all its efforts on protecting our beautiful wildlife-rich grasslands and flowery meadows. Their mission is to secure and protect grasslands now and for the future. The Grassland Trust's long term aims are to see more threatened grassland sites saved; more grasslands re-established and re-created; the value of grasslands and the challenges of their conservation more widely recognised by the public, landowners and policy makes; policy mechanisms to protect grasslands working better and more local grasslands available to local people.
